Chambray

I can't find the right Chambray shirt!  I am just going to have to bow down to the J Crew Gods and pay that much for it.  I was really hoping i could find a cheaper version but I am struggling.

A big shout out to my friend Lindsay over at Lipstick & Lollies for trying to give me a hand.  Good, helpful friends is one of the main reasons I blog!

I just want to look like this, is that so hard!?

  1. Madewell and JCrew have the best chambray tops! It's a shame they have to cost so much!!!! But well worth the purchase! ;)

  3. Chambray tops are such a stable in the wardrobe. It is probably worth investing in a good one since you can wear it over time and can be worn on multiple occasions. Love your blog!

  6. I got my chambray shirt at old navy, of all places! I'm going against popular opinion, but I don't like some of the outfits posted above. I prefer chambray with leggings and boots.

  8. It can be hard to find the right chambray shirt. It has to have the right wash, cut, and a soft feel to it. Is that too much to ask of a shirt?? ;)

  10. Old Navy has some great chambray tops! [at least, in my opinion] I bought mine there, and I wear it all the time. the only problem is that it's a tricky store to shop at - most of the time I only ever find things I want in super large sizes! which is just so sad.
