Jackets

I really want to find an affordable alternative to the jackets pictured below:

To me they look like a very soft fleece but I'm sure that they are probably cashmere or something luxurious and very very expensive.  Im on the hunt for an affordable alternative to get me through NC's not too severe winter weather.  Im really digging Jessica Albas take with the camel color coat and the matching camel glasses; it feels to me like it gives a normally "gray" feeling season a nice breath of fresh air.
